Clark’s first response to COVID-19 was to make a decision to keep our staff intact and use the downtime to develop safe protocols and implement innovative technologies to make the production experience safer, more efficient and steadfast.

Clark mobile is now outfitted with a Haivision Makito X 4Video Encoding System to reduce the number of crew and production staff working in the truck. Executives, crew and production people can opt to receive a multi-view video stream at home (whether domestically or internationally) from the truck’s router and communicate through intercom channels that can be dialed into using their cell phones via Unity Intercom.

- Making available a Non-Contact Infrared Thermometer for measuring body temperature
- Have installed a REME Halo In-Duct Air Purifier system and UV light filter that kills 99% of bacteria, mold and viruses. The REMO Halo is approved for hospitals and medical facilities; the dual ionizers also reduce airborne particles
- Have also put in place a MERV-13 filter (Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value) to provide a scale indicating the effectiveness of filters in removing air particles. (Filters with higher MERV ratings catch higher percentages of particles in a variety of size ranges. A MERV-13 is ideal)
- Increased cleaning and sanitizing protocols for all production truck equipment, headphones, touch screens, knobs, buttons and keypads.
- Providing staff and crew with sanitizing gel, masks and gloves. Offering Headphones for purchase to production personnel. Signs posted re: Benefits of frequent handwashing.
